Sweet Nano
We got to attend my Nano's Christmas party again this year. They have a nice party with lots of snacks, music and give gifts to all the residents. Sweet Nano, she is such a wonderful person. She received 2 new warm and toasty blankets. The kids got to see santa and we got to see our sweet Nano. I must say it is a little bittersweet. I get very emotional when I see my Nano. Anyone who has a loved one that has Alzheimer's probably can understand. You see your sweet Grandma sitting there, but until you remind her your name she looks at your with a blank stare. It it very hard to explain or to discuss. I cry when I think about it so I'm just going to post pics.

LORD Help Us....

Ok we went to our niece, Livy's, birthday party at Junp 'N Jive on Thursday night. All was well until we got home! Puke all over the kitchen floor from Charlie. Poor Baby! We just kind of thought it was a fluke thing and cleaned him up and put him to bed, not knowing what the night had in store for us. We had an all night vomit fest and diarrhea party. I believe it was about 3 or so before Henry finally got the Little Dude to sleep. I awoke at 5:30 for work and found myself in an empty bed. My sweet husband stayed in the chair in Charlie's room all night. I left for work and Henry was on diaper duty for the majority of the day. Oh my..... the laundry was piled up with poo smeared blankets, sheets, pants, shirts and you name it. Henry had the washer and dryer going allllllll day long. Then wouldn't you know it. Saturday I awoke with the "BUG". Henry was the next to come down with it. And upon picking Ashley up from Tulia today, it appeared that "Another One Bites The Dust" Yes Ashley now has the "BUG". Also we learned today that my father-in-law, and sister -in-law are both sick as well. HUMMMMM makes me wonder if we all didn't get a touch of food poisoning from the birthday Pizza on Thursday night???? Needless to say....Henry and I are EXTREMELY tired of the overflow of POO in this house.

Crazy Dog Lady
Look What I Made
I went to a "girlfriends" night pottery class about 3 weeks ago with my SIL, Darenda, and my BFF, Kelley. We had a great time painting this little snowman platter. I just love the way It turned out. We all did the same design, but they all looked very different. It was a fun time to get away for some grown up girl time. Can't wait to do it again!

I READ IT...FINALLY

I finally jumped on the TWILIGHT wagon after all this time. I am sure glad that I did. I have to admit the the start of the book had me, but about mid book I was felling slightly let down. But, after a few chapters I really got back into it and ended up loving it and VERY glad that I FINALLY read it. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie and reading the rest of the series. Now I can say -----I no longer HEART Troy.............NOW I HEART EDWARD! LOL

Charlie's Check-up
Well, the little dude had an appt. with the Nurse Practitioner today. It went really well overall. (except for being there soooo long this time!) We usually are in and out in about 30 min. Today it took over an hour. I know that doesn't seem that long, but with a half naked 18 mo. old mess pot like Charlie it felt like an eternity. LOL He is right on target with his development. His weight was 27 and 1/2 lbs. 33 and 1/2 in tall. completely NORMAL!! It is hard to believe that this time last year we were just about to start him on baby food and praying every day that he would tolerate it. Now look at him, he ate a sausage McGriddle and hash browns this morning and washed it down with a large cup of oj! HAHA He loves food like his MOM and DAD. Well, I'm posting pictures of his new TRICK. I'm going to have to close the door to my room for safety!!!!

Tuesday Night Fun!
Tristen, Rick's son!
Henry's BFF, Rick, is in town for Turkey day. They have been friends since they were in Kindergarten. (Do guys have BFF's like us girls?) Anywho--- Rick lives in Houston and Henry hasn't seen him since our Wedding. So tonight we met up for some Chuck E. Cheese pizza and some catching up.
You Go Girl!
Little peak at Ashley's class.
She got a good work out. My muscles burned just watching her.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

It is official! Ashley is signed up for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. That is a hard word to say. We signed her up for 6 months to see how she likes it. She had a blast last night at her trial class. She learned a take down move, attempted to "flip her coach", and the "paper cutter " move. ( to choke a person who is trying to hurt you. Doesn't that sound like fun. There are a few people I'd like to try to paper cutter on!! LOL Tonight will be her official first class. I'll try and get some video for you!!!!

Just Ashley
A little update on what Ashley has been up to. She is playing volleyball as some of you know. She has practice 2 times a week and 2 games on the weekend. That keeps us busy. She made the Honor Roll again. AB Honor Roll with an 88 in language. Almost all A's. Way to go girl. She participated in UIL music memory again this year. This time she had to travel to Borger for the day. She doesn't have the scores yet. She really enjoys music and anything musical. She is taking an Extreme Martial Arts class on Monday. I think she will really enjoy this. This is a free class to see if we would like to sign up. Her friend Gavin goes to it and he really enjoys it. They say there are alot of girls in the class. This will teach her lots of self confidence and protection if need be. Last but not least, she will soon be starting Upwards Cheerleading. This I'm not real excited for. Ashley loves cheerleading, and knows it is not something I really get into. But she is really looking forward to doing this. Well, that is all she's been up to lately. She is a busy little girl, but she manages her time just fine!
Pacifier Addiction
Charlie was really a "ham" this morning. He was sooo silly for the camera. He just started this 2 pacifier thing yesterday for Henry. This morning I turned around and this is what I saw. Crazy little boy!

My New Love
Happy Things
Most of you know how much I LIKE organization. Everything needs a home. I feel out of sorts when things are unorganized. I have a touch of OCD, and I know it drives my family NUTS!
We most always do our bi-weekly grocery shopping on Sunday mornings. It usually consists of a 2 hour Wal-Mart trip, a mad "TWEEN" who doesn't get something new, a screaming baby ready to run, and a completely calm husband who loads and unloads the goods. As for me I'm somewhat frazzled when it is all said and done.
But I love the look of a full and ORGANIZED pantry. It makes me HAPPY.

Rock A Bye Baby
This "baby" is growing and growing. He is looking more like a little boy and starting to act more like a little boy than my "BABY". Where did the time go????? He has found a new "trick". He likes to sit in the reclier, but today he decided standing was much more fun. He has learned to rock the chair and it gets him tickled and he smiles really big! Well, hope you enjoy this little clip of my "BABY" (He is actually watching Pooh and Friends this morning)

Fit Throwing 101
He was pushing that chair through the kitchen, and it got stuck on the fridge. Man he got mad. I couldn't help but laugh and grab the camera. (which made him cry more!) He's a fit thrower, just like his sister! LORD HELP US!!!!! BTW did you see the the awesome hiding place for his Christmas present! We need more storage here. Good thing he is still young, cause that won't work next year!
