HappY BirthDaY to ChaRlie

I can hardly believe that my "BABY" is turning 2 today. Gosh how time flies. 2 years ago today I had already been to the hospital once and was sent home "NOT in labor". After 2 more days of contractions I went back! Thinking I would just get sent back home again, I was surprised to hear "YOUR HAVING A BABY TODAY"!!!! Never did we have a clue what Wild ride we were in for, but we wouldn't have it any other way!!! He is such a toot sometimes, but he just melts your heart with that little smile. Words just can't express how I feel about this little boy. He is a blessing, that we are so thankful for. He LOVES LOVES LOVES balls!!!!
He even looks adorable in my pink longhorn hat!!! (sorry Henry, I had to post this one!)
He and Domi have a bond! Charlie gives Domino heck sometimes, but Domi is so gentle with him. They are sure buddies!!!
Look how far he's come in his 2 short years of life. He came in a fighter and he is still a tough little guy.

The End Is Near...I'm Sad

Who are you voting for next week???Oh Kris, this is my pick. I have liked him from the very beginning. I think he is just a little cutie, and I like his music style.
Adam, is an awesome singer no doubt about that. I'm just not really into the ROCK music so much and he's image is not so much for me. But he is a "pretty boy" and has a huge fan base.

Whoever "WINS" in the end really deserves it. I think either one of them will have a long, promising music career for sure!

Monday modpodge.....

We added a "NEW" addition to our clan yesterday. Our neighbor was selling this little beauty for $200. Yes you read that right $200.... Henry needs a truck to haul stuff, and we have to borrow one all the time, now we have our own. It isn't to prettiest thing, but it will save us from paying delivery charges to have things brought to us and save us from having to wait on others for a trip to the hardware store. It'll get us by. Shoot even if we just use it to haul trash it is worth $200. Don't be jealous, ya'll can borrow it anytime!!!! LOL ;)

Thursday Ashley's class put on a little play at school. She was a Defense attorney. The play was called The Big House. She did an awesome job for all of the parents.

Ashley will DIE when she sees this...... This is a boy in her class that she has a CRUSH on. Isn't he just the cutest! I told her I totally approve, he is an A honor roll student and a good citizen at school so he has my stamp of approval.... (Hopefully he'll stay that way..LOL)

Reading her lines. The little girl in the back with the brown on is the biggest bully in 4 th grade. I hope she moves to another school next year. Sure don't want to deal with her again!!!

Last but not least, just had to show how BAD Charlie needs a new hair cut. It will brush down with water, but this is his bed head look.!!!!

Mother's Day Post #2

Happy Mother's Day to my mother-in-law, Gayle. She is such a GREAT grandmother to my kids, and she gave me the LOVE of my life and VERY BEST friend, Henry.Happy Mother's Day to THE most important woman of my life. MY MoM is the greatest woman I have ever met. There is not a day that goes by that I am not thankful for her and all that she has brought to my life. I'm super lucky to have a MOM like her. Happy Mother's Day. I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH.

Mother's Day Post #1

On the way out the door to work this morning, Ashley got up and gave me my Mother's Day gift. How come Mother's Day always makes me cry? She bought me 2 HUGE boxes of candy. A box of Hot Tamales, and A box of Skittles. (She knows her mom loves sweets!) But the very best thing is this letter she made at school.

I appreciate Mom because.....

My Mom cookes the best cupcakes. They are moist and delicious.

My Mom buys the prettiest clothes in the world.

My Mom is so beautiful. She is beautiful even when she doesn't wear makeup. My Mom has never forgotten my birthday. She always gives me a party. Something that helps me alot is when my Mom helps me clean my room when it is very dirty.

Last but not least, my little dude with just some of his beloved BALLS. The red one is the newest addition. He has more I just couldn't round them all up. I guess he'll love balls, like Ashley loved My Little Pony's. We better buy a bigger house!!! ;)
